Pattern of the Week - The Nancy Quilt
I am looking back a little for the Pattern of the Week to the Nancy Quilt, which was released in 2018.
This pattern is great for newer quilters because it just uses squares and the blocks are strip pieced for quick construction. Even though the blocks are simple, your fabric placement creates a lot of movement within the quilt.
I have only made this pattern twice, since I released it back when I was making fewer samples for each pattern, but you can find them linked below. The first link also has my pattern testers' quilts.
This would be a really fun project for scraps, using color or value to differentiate between the different fabrics in the quilt. For example, I think using dark valued fabrics for Fabric A and B, mid-valued fabrics for Fabrics B, E, F, and G and then using light-valued fabrics for Fabric D and H would be lots of fun. I will add it to my never ending project wish list.

My favorite mockup is probably Flower Fields. I love those colors! You can find the Nancy Quilt in my shop and I have linked to each of the fabric collections used in the mockups up above.
